I’m a showrunner, producer, director, and writer
with over 20 years of experience in comedy, documentary-style, and unscripted television.
Creativity is where I start. I’m drawn to ideas with a clear point of view, strong voices, and real people at the centre.
Development is a core part of my work. I take a kernel of an idea and build it into a fully formed, production-ready show. I clarify point of view, structure, and tone, making sure the concept holds up both creatively and practically. I shape ideas into finished shows that land, without sanding off what made them feel alive in the first place.
I work with creators, networks, and teams who want projects that feel clear, intentional and well made, even under pressure. I can step in early to build an idea from the ground up, or come in midstream to help a project find its footing, sharpen its voice, and protect tone as the work evolves. I bring a strong sense of structure, pacing, and character, and I know how to respond when stories start to shift on set or in post.
I have strong, trusted relationships with executives. I lead discussions, translate feedback into clear creative direction, and make sure everyone feels confident the project is moving forward on time and on budget.
I’m also involved in shaping how a show is introduced to the world, ensuring the messaging, press, and rollout align with the creative.
I create environments where talent and teams feel trusted, supported, and focused, because that’s when the best work happens. I encourage smart risk, and balance creative freedom with intention so ambitious concepts connect with audiences in a real way.
