Maureen Riley is a wildly creative and innovative content creator with an award winning career spanning 20+ years.
She is the multi-hyphenate mind behind some of television’s most iconic and celebrated shows. Maureen brings her passion for and extensive knowledge of development, showrunning, producing, directing and writing to every project she jumps into and loves to tell an incredibly captivating and visually beautiful story with lots of authenticity and heart.
Comedy has always been a consistent passion and you can see the love in her producing and writing on award winning shows such as Ghosting, I Have Nothing, Still Standing and Gerry Dee’s New Years Eve Special.
Her background in documentary storytelling and a talent for working with real people has solidified her position as one of Canada's leading reality tv creatives working on hit series Big Brother Canada, Battle of the Blades, Canada Sings, Undercover Boss Canada and Canada's Next Top Model.
Maureen’s work has been recognized by the Gemini Awards, Reelscreen Awards and the Canadian Screen Awards.
She is the recipient of two Canadian Screen Awards and a Rockie Award.
